1. Booking & Payment

To secure a date, a non-refundable retainer may be required. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the session. Prices are subject to change, but are locked in at the time of booking.

2. Travel Fees

Sessions taking place more than 30 miles from our base in Northern Illinois will incur a travel fee of $0.50/mile or a flat rate depending on the distance.

3. Copyright & Usage

Photographer Copyright: TiffMarie Photography retains the copyright to all images created. We reserve the right to use images for portfolio, website, and marketing purposes.

Client Usage: You are granted a print release for personal use. This means you can print your photos and share them on social media. However, you may not sell, edit, or alter the images (e.g., applying filters) without permission.

4. Image Delivery

Images are delivered via a high-resolution online gallery (Pic-Time). We aim to deliver standard galleries within 2-3 weeks. You will be able to download your edited images directly from the gallery.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule due to illness or emergency, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Your retainer may be transferred to a new date at the photographer's discretion. Weather-related rescheduling will be decided by the photographer.

6. Liability

TiffMarie Photography is not liable for any failure to perform duties due to causes beyond our control (e.g., fire, injury, illness, or equipment failure). In such cases, any money paid will be refunded.
